FAQ
How do I store my meals?
To maintain the quality and safety of the products, we recommend that upon arriving home, you promptly refrigerate your meals and follow all USDA guidelines on food safety for refrigerated/frozen storage and safe food handling. Failure to follow safe food handling practices and temperature recommendations may increase the risk of foodborne illness.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
You can treat your meals like you treat your groceries. When you get home, refrigerate your meal kits right away. We recommend using your kits within 5 days. Most meals can be frozen and will last up to 2-3 months.
PRO-TIP: We recommend preparing any dinners containing seafood or fragile herbs first, to enjoy them at the peak of freshness.
How do I prepare my meals?
We recommend that you follow all cooking instructions as outlined in the recipe cards and use a food thermometer to verify that the cooking temperatures of all meat, poultry, seafood, and other applicable items meet USDA’s minimal internal temperature.
